As discussed elsewhere on this website, higher and degree apprenticeships are an excellent way of earning while you're learning.

Taking a gap year can be a great way of gaining some valuable work experience, opportunities to travel and see different cultures, and also gives you a year to learn more about yourself. 

You can study a HE course (such as a HNC or HND, level 4 or 5 course) without going to a university. Many colleges around the UK offer these options. They are usually cheaper than degrees and you can still live at home!

For many young people, getting a job is all they want to do after their A-Levels or other level 3 course. But knowing where to start can be a bit tricky. Click on the pic for some advice.
